As a leader you already have a lot of things on your plate, and realistically you don’t have time to invest in something that isn’t going to work for you.
Working under leaders that were phenomenal, and working under leaders that were not so great has truly solidified my belief that long term impactful change for teams happens at the top. I’m also a firm believer that when we as leaders are doing well, feeling grounded, have self-awareness of what our strengths and weaknesses are, how our presence impacts those around us, and when we’re in our sweet spot of operating we thrive. When we thrive personally this directly impacts us at work, and in conjunction impacts our teams.

In our 2-hour meeting we will explore your role at work, where you excel, where you struggle, what type of feedback you’ve gotten from those who work for you, with you and above you.
How you react or respond to feedback, and then what you do with it.
You will also talk through the impact of your job on your own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and its impact on your relationships.
You will go through where you are, where you want to be, and then what we need to do to get you there.Lastly, we'll explore mindset and the beliefs that you have that may be holding you back from getting to where you want to be.
From here, you and I will create a plan to help you move forward and we set up our next coaching session.
Each ensuing coaching session will be a time to explore whatever you bring to the table, tying it into your overall goals to help you move forward.
